Continuous Airworthiness Manager responsible for the budget of the CAMO cost centre, management and development of multi-disciplinary skilled teams including Technical Records, Technical Services, Maintenance Control, Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Programs and Technical Library, whilst managing complex relationships with the customers, sub-contract service providers and regulatory bodies supporting collaborative leadership, ensuring cross-functional collaboration internally. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company procedures suite; Approved Maintenance Program, ETOPS and CAME Manuals. Overseeing the reliability monitoring programme, ensuring all applicable Airworthiness Directives are adhered to, and ensuring Continuing Airworthiness of the fleet whilst maintaining configuration control. Accountable for the technical planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Managing and approving all required modifications and repairs.
