I am committed to healing justice, sexual health and social justice. I believe that intersectional perspectives have much to contribute to our collective health, and that we often work best when we are open to collaboration, and the ever-present possibility of change. I strive to bring these commitments and beliefs to my therapeutic work, supervisory practices, scholarship, talks and writing. Specialties: Licensed Marriage & Family Psychotherapist. We work from a trauma informed perspective with a focus on somatic and holistic approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Seeking Safety and Dance and Movement Therapy. We provide individual, couple, family and group therapy across the lifespan to co-create mental, emotional and relational wellbeing within our communities. The communities we live in and serve include people who are alienated and excluded by our current medical systems and practitioners. We are committed to accessibility and to educating the wider community through trainings and consultancy, as well as through supervision and mentoring. We welcome clients of all genders, all sexualities, all erotic orientations, all spiritual beliefs and practices, and all relational models. We specialize in serving the LGBTQ+ community, including people with disabilities, Indigenous, Immigrant and People of Color. We provide gender specialist services, including for children and adolescents. We work with people seeking to enhance their relationships however they define them: open, monogamous, or polyamorous. We welcome clients with alternative spiritual beliefs and practices.
