Our outlook at SCC has always been that, if we aren’t bringing any benefits to our customers, why would they want to deal with us in the first place? This is why we work closely with installers, fleets and their drivers, to look at what headaches people face when installing and operating safety systems, be it on cars, vans or HGVs. By doing so, we have been able to develop a number of unique technologies that save money, reduce installation times by as much as 75%, and allow for a smoother end user experience, whilst also assembling an expert team that can provide advice, support and technical expertise as and when it is required.My primary responsibilities as MD at SCC are twofold. Firstly, I work in conjunction with my team, constantly developing our skillsets whilst also seeking ways to improve our organisational capabilities to enable this continuous development to take place. This then allows us to provide the very highest level of customer service and technical or legislative support to our customers.The second of these is to ensure our product development cycle is consistently fed information from our customers and users so that we can continue developing and manufacturing innovative products that drive safety onwards. Combining this with an ever evolving suite of production and prototyping machinery enables our products to change with the needs of our customers and their industries.Everything we do is aimed around developing long term partnerships with our customers to bring the maximum benefits to them that we can.
