Our major accomplishments in 2022 are:* implementation of Lattice, our first performance management SaaS * implementation of new career ladders * implementation of role profiles & competencies * design and implementation of our first ever Manager Bootcamp * full revamp of our People-centric intranet * Execution and iteration of Executive Onboarding for several new VP+ hires * Still doing all the important operational stuff like onboarding, performance/comp cycle, org design/changes, etc.* Own the L&D function, including executive coaching and leadership development
