With over two decades immersed in the fitness industry, my journey from a fitness coach to a national leader has been fueled by a passion for service design, member experience and team development. At Life Fitness, my focus is on enhancing the exercise experience for global key accounts, through co-creation, workshops, facility design and strategic account development.As a seasoned Commercial Fitness & Performance Specialist, I\'ve supported suppliers and operators to refine offerings and service design processes, leveraging my background in sports, health clubs, sales, franchise operations, and high performance. My mission revolves around elevating fitness services and mentoring high-performing teams, all while sharing the knowledge I\'ve accumulated throughout a dynamic career.A previous life in sports, and a current life as a Dad of two rapidly growing (sports mad) sons, keeps me busy, entertained and inspired, but mostly motivated to ensure our health and fitness industry keeps up with consumer demands in an evolving world.
