I am an experienced finance leader with around 20 years in CFO or equivalent roles, half ofwhich have been on an interim or consultancy basis. I specialise in guiding organisationsthrough significant change, delivering financial turnaround, and embedding sustainablestrategies that drive long-term performance.My expertise spans the Further and Higher Education sectors, with transferrable skills fornot-for-profit, public sector, and other mission-driven organisations. I am particularlyexperienced in developing robust financial strategies, transforming cash flow, eliminatingdeficits, improving service delivery, and driving process and operational improvements.Over the past 10 years, I have operated as a freelance contractor, delivering interim andconsultancy assignments across Kent, London, and beyond.
