I additionally hold the role of global Subject Matter Expert for Hydraulic Fracturing. During this assignment, notable achievements are:1. Led the quantification and deployment of a high-angle multi-fracturing concept for low mobility Deepwater plays (with associated development/qualification of a proprietary technology and subsequent industry technical paper SPE-220794-MS)2. Performed detailed design and in-field execution of super-massive frac wells (>1MMlb / stage), including defining completion-integrity based operating envelopes and well ramp / data acquisition plans3. Led operations teams in new well start-ups (up to >40 kboe/d), aiding in bringing the facility from FOD to Nameplate in <5 months4. Programmed and deployed a machine-learning based software to analyze new well risk factors and deficiencies, based on historical data across 100+ wells
