In my role as the Community Rugby Digital Engagement Manager at England Rugby, I lead the planning and delivery of communications + engagement with clubs and CBs to increase understanding of our core Rugby administration system the Game Management System. I manage the development and delivery of large-scale user engagement at key points in the season, as well as lead on the operation of our Community Rugby Digital user groups, collaborating with a variety of departments to collect valuable insight testing and feedback whilst ensuring we develop user-centric training content and workshops.
