I am available for a consultancy position to assist with your PIA compliance, covering everything from the reservation of NOI to build complete and billing on Tungsten. This includes the entire PIA process, ensuring compliance and quality throughout.I have successfully achieved Ogi PTC (Path To Collaboration) status with Openreach, marking this the second company for which I have secured PTC.In my time at Ogi, I built the PIA department from the ground up, hiring and training four PIA administrators on all facets of the PIA process and the Openreach portal. I also suggested system modifications that have since been put into effect.I implemented the PIA processes and procedures and spearheaded a project to reclaim £470k of SPO/NA funds from the build partners, with an additional £400k currently under review.I have implemented all necessary trackers to oversee the NOI journey from NOI creation A55 submission to payment on Tungsten.Key duties:• Uphold compliance with the specified PIA Engineering Principles and related contractual obligations.• Carry out PIA related audits and reviews periodically to maintain PIA compliance standards.• Keep a record of compliance assessments and promptly inform management teams of conditions that fall short of set standards and engineering principles.• Assist Regional Build Managers and Build Assurance Managers in refining the auditing system to align PIA Audit forms.• Compose and disseminate documents that instruct others on how to enhance compliance.• Provide guidelines to internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the PIA product is seamlessly integrated from inception to completion.• Keep abreast of evolving engineering principles and updates on the PIA product.
