Reporting directly to the European Managing Director as 1 of the 3-man Senior Leadership Team. My role primarily involves two main functions: managing the development and delivery of group strategy, and providing day-to-day leadership for European business operations. I currently manage 6 direct reports and have a total team size of 35.As the leader of the strategic planning process for the EMEA region, I am responsible for developing and analysing financial, market and product data models. I then collaborate with the leadership team to create and regularly revise 1, 3, and 10-year plans. Finally, I use a structured process to ensure delivery of strategies to plan across the organisation. Since 2014, I\'ve successfully executed strategic plans for manufacturing, sales, and administration, with a focus on driving business growth and international expansion.Beyond my strategic management role, I am responsible for functional leadership of Wilson Tool\'s administrative departments in the EMEA region. Over the past nine years, I\'ve overseen a wide spectrum of functions, including finance, IT, marketing, SAP, HR, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering. Additionally, I am accountable for regional sales offices in Germany, France, and Denmark, with seven years of experience as an executive board member of subsidiary companies in Italy and Denmark.
