Implemented Salesforce from proof of concept through to production delivery.This provided the NatWest Markets Sales business with a class leading CRM system, enabling them to provide excellent customer service and data to continuously improve their offering.Responsible for delivery of Ace for Outlook (Outlook integration with Salesforce), including Riva synchronisation engine (for meeting synchronisation). This enabled the business to log emails, meetings and contacts directly from Outlook to Salesforce, avoiding the need to duplicate records in separate tools.Implemented OwnBackUp including product selection, testing, vendor negotiation, internal purchasing activities, internal user training and acting as product subject matter expert.
