Proud to serve on the board of Rize Prevention, a nonprofit focused on stopping drug use before it starts. Unlike most programs that focus on rehabilitation, Rize takes a prevention-first approach - reaching students at the critical middle school age before exposure escalates. Through school-based awareness campaigns, peer and adult mentorship, and a strong focus on mental health, the program empowers teens to “Rize Above” addiction and negative influences. I’m excited to support the team in scaling this impactful model across South Carolina and the U.S.
