Oversee the day to day operations for French American International School/International High School Athletic Department for grades 5-12. Our program consists of 35-40 coaches and over 375 student athletes in grades 5-12.Effectively communicate all program related procedures, news, events and expectations to all constituents (colleagues, faculty, administration, security, coaches and families)Manage and direct coaching staff of 35-40 individuals per school yearEvent Coordination and Management for all athletic events, end of the year banquets and other school related spirit events; logistics such as facilities, officials, transportation, uniforms, equipment (approximately 1500 separate events each school year)Oversee, manage and implement bus transportation schedule for all 5-12th grade teams with over 200+ buses a school year booked.Provide Athletic Department presence in Middle School and High School task forces to better improve the culture and framework of French American International School/International High SchoolOversee the hiring process of coaches for Middle School and High School teams as well as conduct evaluations based on performance
