I believe that science is most powerful in servitude of humanity and the planet. As a Molecular Biology & Biotechnology specialist and Biochemistry major at the University of Toronto Scarborough, I\'m driven by a vision where cutting-edge research creates equitable solutions to our most pressing challenges. Standing before global leaders at COP26 as Africa\'s youth representative, I ensured marginalized voices shaped climate policy—the same commitment to equity that earned me Mentor of the Year with Imani Mentorship for fostering excellence in underrepresented youth. My laboratory work at Dr. Andrew C. Mason\'s Bug Lab was more than maintaining cricket populations—it meant understanding the fundamental patterns of life at the molecular level and contributing to collaborative research. When I collected over 1.2 tonnes of paper through my recycling initiative, I demonstrated that meaningful change requires both individual action and community collaboration—a principle that guides my scientific approach: meticulous individual work contributing to solutions that benefit all.I\'m seeking opportunities where molecular biology and biotechnology can advance human health and environmental sustainability while promoting equity.
