My background as a Mechanical Engineer has focused my career on design and manufacturing. As I have grown, I have found my passion for design can be applied to many aspects outside of product design. Enabling teams, executing company vision, and optimizing business processes are all designs in their own way. I am a Product Development Manager, focused on growing my team and design knowledge. My primary design segments are for the automotive and consumer product markets. I take a quality-minded approach to all my programs, with the ultimate goal of product realization in the marketplace.In an ever-shrinking world where information is a commodity, I believe a focus on soft skills and healthy team environments are key to continued company success. If I can remove hurdles and enable others to have fulfillment in their careers, then I\'ll consider my work a success.
