About Ian Mehok

With my creativity, I strive to empower the people around me while fostering innovative solutions to complex business problems. Throughout my career I have engaged in a diverse range of functions, including business strategy, M&A, capital management, and competitor analysis. Leveraging these experiences, I have had the opportunity to actively lead a variety of projects, including the acquisition of key businesses, launches of new product lines, implementation of a new enterprise capital framework, and the creation of detailed models for business-level analytics.I consider the best part of my job to be the opportunity to lead others. Being able to magnify my team\'s impact through continuous coaching is rewarding to me as a leader and a talent ambassador. With any career opportunities, I look to continue my evolution as a leader.Outside of work, I love to find and try new hobbies. Once a year, to escape from these hobbies, my wife and I take a vacation to a spooky location for a \"Halloweekend.\" While the chills aren\'t great for my blood pressure, I believe the stories afterwards are fantastic for my friends and co-workers.
