Since re-joining Triumph, I was involved in the closing stages of the development and testing of 2022 Tiger 1200, followed by developing a new EVAP system for a 2024 model platform.Most recently, I moved onto a major update project, with component responsibility for the main frame, but also leading a small team of engineers through concept and scheming stages.This includes design and scheming reviews, drawing reviews, and design approvals, providing me the opportunity to use my experience to mentor my reports. In addition to this, I conduct all end of probation, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals as part of my teams professional development.
