About Ian McNitt
Flavor Manufacturing is the start of the supply chain at The Coca-Cola Company. We convert citrus oils into components used all over the world. As it relates to bioengineering, I’m interested processes that convert raw material into ingredients for products enjoyed globally. Our complex manufacturing provides a host of learning opportunities and challenges aligned with my interests.I support continuous improvement projects on the production floor and develop clear manufacturing instructions for safe, efficient processes. I apply a growth mindset to continuously strengthen my leadership capabilities while maintaining a strong commitment to food safety and world-class safety behavior. I’m fortunate to work for a company that prioritizes and reinforces these guiding principles. I’m thankful for the opportunity to produce an iconic brand that I grew up drinking. I’d often share a Diet Coke with my grandma; it always brings back memories of her. It’s special knowing we set sustainability goals to ensure future generations can do the same.
