o Member of the Global Data Protection Office, with specific oversight on the UK, Republic of Ireland and EU with respect to the GDPR and UK GDPR. Later development and self-learning led to ability to also support with privacy matters in other regions, EMEA, NA, LATAM and APAC.o As part of Global Data Protection Office, took a key role in privacy operations (business as usual activities) including completion of Data Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Privacy Agreement reviews, resolution of Data Subject Access Requests, review and updates to policy and process documentation, transfer impact assessments and privacy risk assessments.o Responsible for the management of the Global Data Protection Office central email inbox, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders and providing guidance and support where required.o Representing the Data Protection Office within specific projects and new service and tool implementation. Ensuring privacy by design embedded within proposed solutions, ensuring that legal obligations and contractual matters are addressed.o Deputy within the Concentrix EU Integration Group which manages the review and implementation of new software solutions and tools and providing conditions and guidance for approval of said solutions to the Executive level. Revised the DPIA process and accompanying templates as part of this responsibility. Increasing focus with AI solutions and ensuring that proposed AI use cases align with data privacy and applicable AI legislative frameworks.o Currently reviewing and aligning policies and processes after a global merger to provide alignment and consistency across the new entity. Completion of gap analysis in order to ensure that new data protection framework accounts for legal, regulatory and contractual obligations at a global level working closely with various internal departments. Specific focus on new privacy impact assessment (including DPIA).
