ABOUT IAN MACDONALD
I am currently an Account Manager at the Hello! Destination Management Washington, DC office, I work on the operations team ensuring our clients events are executed and brought to life with ease. I was previously an SDR and Account Management Associate at Cvent for 3+ years, during my time there I helped facilitate the presales process and drive pipeline for my team(s). In May 2021 I graduated from High Point University with a major in marketing and a minor in sales. In the summer of 2016, I began working at Re/max Gateway. In the summer of 2018, I was an intern at MVB mortgage helping around the office and other various activities. In the summer of 2019, I sold fireworks during the 4th of July season, I got some great experience working in a hectic and busy work environment. One of my passions is sports and starting in September 2019 I worked with the Game Operations Staff for the NCAA DI athletics at my university. Over the summer of 2020 I was a marketing intern at Northwest Federal Credit Union in Herndon, Virginia.
