This team’s main responsibility is getting new devices tested and certified for release to market – over 60 new device launches a year. • Responsibilities listed in the previous job description below apply along with Scrum Master duties for the team: o Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality. o Influencing removal of impediments to the team’s progress. o Ensure all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, retrospectives, etc.) take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the designated timebox. o Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed. • 20-member team is distributed internationally and between different U.S time zones.
