As Deputy General Counsel of Valvoline, I lead a small but robust team of professionals focused on navigating the complexities of corporate finance, securities law, executive compensation and employee benefits, and ESG reporting. Under my leadership, our team plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing on Valvoline\'s strategy to accelerate network growth through store acquisitions. In my role, I\'ve made significant contributions to treasury negotiations, underpinning Valvoline\'s financial stability and growth. Successes in these areas include the sale of Valvoline\'s Global Products business for $2.65 billion, Senior Note Offerings for $600 million and $535 million, respectively,$950 million Credit Agreement, and $1 billion modified Dutch-auction equity tender offer, highlighting my dedication to excellence and precision.To ensure that Valvoline is able to attract, retain and motivate key executives that can deliver on the Company\'s strategic initiatives, I advise leadership and the Compensation Committee on the design of executive compensation plans and programs, including preparation of plan documents and award agreements. In addition, I support the implementation and administration of the Company\'s executive compensation and employee benefit plans, including compliance with ERISA and tax laws. By leading Valvoline\'s securities law, NYSE, and insider trading compliance initiatives, I\'ve honed a speciality in public company legal compliance. These initiatives include preparing the annual proxy statement, Section 16 filings, supporting the external reporting team in filing annual and quarterly reports.Finally, our team is focused on developing and implementing an ESG strategy to ensure that Valvoline conducts its business in a responsible manner.
