About Ian Keas
I am the Managing Partner of Zayla Partners, a premier executive compensation and corporate governance advisory firm with offices in Houston, TX and Denver, CO. I have demonstrated experience working with companies across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors on executive compensation, board of director compensation and key employee compensation matters. Additionally, I have experience working with public companies on developing external disclosure items like the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD & A) section of the proxy statement (or other executive compensation disclosures like Item 11 in Part of the 10-K) as well as providing strategic guidance for companies navigating/responding to institutional shareholder advisory firm reporting. I have expertise in the following industries: energy (includes E&P, midstream, oilfield services in traditional oil and gas as well as energy transition and renewable segments), financial services (community banks, regional banks, life insurance, other financial services), real estate and life sciences.
