ABOUT IAN JEFFERS

I am an experienced leader and have had senior roles in the private, public and third sector. I am known for delivering change, fixing problems and building teams that deliver exceptional results.I am an authentic, charismatic leader with a proven track record of taking organisations through rapid change. I bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table, challenging the norm and helping people see the impossible.In my role at The Prince\'s Trust I lead the design and delivery function across the UK. £30 million+ budget, six business units, national operations and design teams with over 700 colleagues delivering life changing work to help young people into employment, education or training. In the last 5 years my team have supported over disadvantaged young people.I am equally at home around the board room table as I am in front of 500 eager conference delegates or talking one to one with a young person struggling with their mental health. I thrive on variety and I am at my strongest when dealing with complex issues involving multiple stakeholders. Throughout my career I have been creating and driving change, building and leading teams from scratch and shaping existing teams to step up to the challenges ahead.
