Having successfully implemented THE FIRST Oracle FUSION PAYROLL in the UK as the Lead Consultant. followed by three years of implementing one of the MOST COMPLEX FUSION PAYROLLs also as Payroll Lead- both very challenging roles - I have now just completed an END TO END Oracle FUSION PAYROLL project as the Lead Payroll Consultant, on-time and on-budget!Ian has worked in the area of Human Resources/Payroll since 1994 and is educated to degree level, with 1st Class (Hons) Bsc in Information Systems. He has a proven track record of Implementation covering the full project lifecycle and prior to Symatrix was a Senior Consultant for Rebus Software (formerly Peterborough Software).Since 2003 he has been contracting within the Oracle HRMS arena.With clients such as NICS (Northern Ireland Civil Service), NATO, Belfast City Council, De Montford University and Leicestershire County Council, Ian has gained an invaluable knowledge of Local Government and University sector requirements for the implementation of HR/Payroll/Absence Management applications, as well as substantial exposure to the private sector. Whilst working with such customers Ian has demonstrated in-depth consultancy and project management skills, coupled with a comprehensive technical ability, allowing him to successfully deliver and support HR applications projects.
