ABOUT IAN HELPS

I am part of a growing set of leaders who are prepared to radically change the way we think and operate, to create a much better world for people and nature. I endeavour to live life well through being in service of others. In awe of the transformative power of deep caring, listening and conversations, I have met so many wonderful people who want to bring more to our world and yet are stuck in patterns of being and acting that prevent them being their best selves. The ripples we have jointly created have transformed each of us to better fulfil our intentions, helping companies achieve hypergrowth and accelerated our learning.I have experienced several profound personal transformations and have an unshakeable belief that we are each here for a unique reason, with the right gifts to do that. This gives a congruency with others who are genuinely challenging themselves to be the best they can be and need a guide on the journey. As a postgraduate-level educator, I create a systematic, reflective and deep learning space for transformation via a combination of coaching, mentoring and lived experimentation. I chair a young, vibrant and fast-growing company PACE Digital Sales, that embodies the values I cherish. I also mentor and coach an array of leaders around the world, each of whom are trying to make their own shifts in capability and performance. Today, I combine these roles with membership of the Ampleforth Abbey retreat faculty; Chief Purpose Officer for the Management Shift Consulting Ltd; and as an Advisory Board Member at Cranfield University. My experience spans roles from R&D to sales, from strategy to operations and from consultancy to Board-level leadership. I have worked in and with globally renowned clients across over 50 countries, backed by 35 years’ experience in supporting leaders, sales professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve exceptional outcomes.
