I have over 10 years of experience in management-type positions. Led multiple teams in developing targeted training plans, schedules, for complex military missions.In my current position as the Assistant Command Security Officer at Coast Base Boston, I have direct oversight and Manage 30 private contractor employees and supervise daily security operations at a facility with 500+ employees. Federal Boarding Officer 15 years - Subject matter expert in Maritime Law Enforcement and Physical Security. Led numerous military operations including Counter Narcotic interdictions, Living Marine Resources boardings, illegal immigration interdiction, recreational boating safety, search and recuse, and High-Interest Vessel Boardings.8 years of service spent inside top-tier Coast Guard units (Deployable Special Forces). Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team, and Maritime Safety & Security Team San Diego. Finished in second place after initial 2-month training for the Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement unit and received 3 top operator awards during recurring training.
