This key role focuses on building strong relationships and supporting the branch’s work on liquor-related issues. It brings forward knowledge and understanding of the challenges Indigenous communities face, ensuring LCRB’s policies and services are more responsive to their needs.As the branch moves toward greater consultation, collaboration, and co-development of liquor policy, this role leads the facilitation of dialogue and connects across all parts of the branch.Works within the Policy, Digital Services, Planning and Communications (PDPC) division, which oversees IM/IT infrastructure and strategic planning for LCRB programs and systems. The division is also responsible for policy development and external communications.Directly support the Minister and other Ministry executive at Indigenous events, as required.Provides leadership internally Indigenous approaches and supports other staff in their own learning.
