About Ian McIntosh
Interested in art leadership opportunities.)My many years of experience as a Senior Character Artist have made me a master at creating high quality 3d character art for games. I am adept in all stages of asset development – from initial concept, all the way through to final in-game model with shader fx. And after spending more than 15 years creating quality character art for games, I wanted some new challenges and responsibilities to allow me to keep growing in my career. So naturally, I leaped at the opportunity to advance into a management position at Bungie where I have started to develop my leadership skills. Most of my time now is spent giving feedback to external partners, managing the internal integration artists, communicating with stakeholders such as producers and the art director, solving problems, and finding ways to continue to innovate. I find it all to be extremely satisfying and am excited to see where I can go from here!
