Project and construction professional with 16 years of experience with quality control, contractor relations, project management, EPC construction, critical infrastructure, start-up experience and franchise construction.    Centerpoint Energy - Transmission PMOChampion of interdepartmental and external communication including coordination with EPCs, project monitoring, risk management and deliverables through all phases of the project life cycle (development, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout).Coordination of multiple functional and operating groups—including Tx-DOT, HCTRA, engineering consultants, land acquisition, environmental, and operations teams—from early development through shovel-ready and construction execution phases.Management of $100+ million of various projects, including electrical resiliency upgrades, EPC projects, independent power provider connections and BESS system interconnects.Collaboration with EPC teams, land acquisition groups, right-of-way teams, and engineers to ensure land access rights, permitting, traffic control plans, and constructability requirements are in place prior to mobilization.Development and facilitation of EPC coordination meetings, progress tracking tools, and reporting frameworks to align stakeholders, monitor contractor performance, manage interfaces, and ensure transparency across the Transmission PMO.
