ABOUT IAN DUNTON
I’m an IT professional specialising in end user computing across Apple, Windows, and cloud identity platforms, including Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.I’ve worked across complex mixed-platform environments, focusing on device management, identity, deployment, and support—ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and work effectively for the people using them.A key part of my approach is simplifying complexity. Whether through automation, clear processes, or well-designed user journeys, I aim to improve both operational efficiency and user experience.I have a strong track record of delivering change, from securing CAB approval through to implementation, as well as producing clear documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to support teams and long-term success.I’m particularly interested in how people interact with technology—how behaviour, assumptions, and real-world usage shape the effectiveness of systems.Outside of work, I explore these ideas through photography and a short-form podcast focused on life, technology, and perspective.
