As Principal Consultant at Ellenbrooke, the consultancy arm of Exemplas Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire), I lead a dynamic team delivering high-impact commercial management systems consultancy and training. Our mission is clear: through a Journey to Excellence, we enable businesses to align with industry best practices, enhance productivity, and achieve sustainable growth.I am responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our consultancy and training services, ensuring delivery against our strategic annual plan and budget. My role spans new business development, client acquisition and onboarding, account management, and client retention. I also lead performance and improvement management across our team of employed and associate consultants and trainers.As an expert practitioner, I contribute directly to the design and delivery of consultancy and training solutions, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. I’m passionate about building long-term partnerships and positioning Ellenbrooke as the partner of choice and a centre of excellence in business consultancy and training.
