Primary focuses include ensuring new tooling meets the current & future needs of each\'s segments differing business & user goals, removing blockers impeding forward progress of the delivery teams, defining concise yet meaningful & accurate program status to the executive leadership of the Finance organization- Enterprise Transformation - Spend Transparency: Program Management Office (PMO) for the Enterprise Transformation - Spend Transparency initiative. This program aims to provide new levels of visibility to SG & A spend across Tyson\'s primary business segments & shared service organizations. Primary focuses include ensuring new visualizations meet the goals of executive Tyson Foods leadership to enable new levels of spend management, removing blockers impeding forward progress of the delivery teams & defining concise yet meaningful & accurate program status to the executive leadership of the Finance organization.
