Customer Service is extremely important to me and my team. We work with clients, hand-in-hand, from the beginning all the way through closing. I absolutely enjoy working with first-time homebuyers because I\'m able to answer questions that they have and help them learn how this process works. It doesn\'t need to be stressful. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and easy as possible. My background in managing Trident Mortgage\'s Loan Quality Assurance department afforded me the ability to learn the proper way to structure loans and to know what documentation will be needed in advance of it being asked for. This allows us to get your loan through Underwriting and Processing in the least amount of time. CrossCountry Mortgage is a premier National retail mortgage lender.
