Head of Systems Innovation and Change @Start Network
My work is focused on how we understand and shift systems, support innovations and catalyse change in the global humanitarian aid system. I support the work of Start Network’s members, hubs and staff team, to develop their understanding of how system change happens and how this can be practically embedded in their work. All this is in service to Start Network\'s aim to transform humanitarian action through innovation, fast-funding, early action, and locally-led action. By tackling what we believe are the biggest systemic problems that the sector faces we can ensure that people affected by crises around the world receive the best help available at the right time and in ways that make sense to them in their context.
