I am a senior energy and carbon management leader with nearly two decades of experience delivering large-scale, measurable reductions in energy consumption, carbon emissions, and operating costs across complex, multi-site organisations.A Chartered Energy Manager, ESOS Lead Assessor, Lead Auditor and Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), I have led energy strategies within consultancy, PFI/FM service delivery, and in-house roles - including most recently with an £8bn revenue organisation. My work consistently translates sustainability ambition into operational reality, delivering rapid ROI, resilient governance, and long-term value.Since joining Royal Mail in 2021, our team has delivered over tCO₂ of carbon reductions and £30m+ in verified energy cost savings, including £18m in the last 12 months alone. I have overseen £5m+ of capital investment across the portfolio, achieving paybacks of under two years while strengthening organisational capability and compliance. I am known as a high-impact, pragmatic leader who combines strategic insight with deep technical expertise.
