My role is to ensure clients are protected, compliant, and well-positioned to scale - whether building, acquiring, or expanding.Key Focus Areas:Insurance Due Diligence: Support PE firms with pre/post-acquisition reviews, benchmarking, program audits, and scalable insurance solutions across their portfolios. Oversee the design, placement, and ongoing strategy for P&C programs including GL, XS, builder’s risk, professional liability, and more.Construction & Development Risk Strategy: Structure project-specific and enterprise-level programs for ground-up builds, capital improvements, and redevelopment efforts.Wrap-Up Programs (OCIP/CCIP): Advise on controlled insurance programs and leverage TSIB’s in-house wrap-up administration team for seamless enrollment, compliance, and servicing.Surety Strategy Coordination: Act as a strategic liaison to our internal surety experts, helping clients access competitive bonding capacity for performance, payment, and bid bond needs. Captive Insurance Consulting: Lead feasibility reviews and connect qualified clients to construction-specific group captives, offering cost control, dividend potential, and long-term underwriting stability.Lender Engagement: Communicate directly with banks and financial institutions to align insurance programs with lending requirements for draws, loans, and acquisition closings.Additional Responsibilities:Originate and grow a diverse portfolio of middle-market clients across construction, development, and other emerging verticals in the PE space.Negotiate complex placements in both admitted and E&S markets, including manuscript policy language and alternative structures.Collaborate directly with CFOs, legal counsel, and executives to embed insurance into broader financial and operational strategy.
