ABOUT IAN A.

Highly qualified and experienced mentor and coach, specialising in leadership development. Passionate about helping leaders and their organisations develop to fulfil their potential, with a proven record in coaching, mentoring, change management and continuous improvement. I have been a mentor and coach for over 10 years, beginning in the military by overseeing the development of senior leaders, and their teams, in the Parachute Regiment and Royal Marines. During COVID I was one of a select group of Army mentors who provided planning and leadership support to leaders in the NHS. More recently, I have worked with clients in public utilities, housing and property management services, as well as the charitable sector. My background is also rooted in planning and project management in operational and training environments. I led the Army\'s largest residential training establishment to its first ever OFSTED success, after 12 years of failure prior to my tenure, and I successfully managed multi-million pound housing projects for the MOD, coming in ahead of time and significantly under budget. I am dedicated, adaptable, steadfast and pragmatic with abundant energy, initiative and desire to succeed.
