Anand is a seasoned BIM professional with experience of working in the field on BIM, Design and Project Management in projects based in Middle East and USA. An Architect and Landscape Architect by training, Anand is skilled in BIM, design and interface coordination in varied aspects of projects.He has worked as an Interface Coordinator for Shuwaikh Port Project, Kuwait and collaborated between offsite design teams and onsite stakeholders while being deployed onsite in Kuwait. He was responsible for coordination and interface between wet utility services, roads and pavement design and civil works pertaining to utility services. He coordinated with offsite design team for incorporation of design reviews and incorporate recommendations from multiple stakeholders and micromanaging efforts for streamlining deliveries to achieve project delivery milestones.He possesses accomplished skills with BIM and project management platforms like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIMTrack, Procore, Cloud based platforms like Cintoo and BIM applications like Revit Architecture, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk RECAP, BlueBeam, PowerBI, etc. He has been a part of Facebook / Meta Data Center Project, where he has worked on Change Management for implementation of design changes as per RFIs, CCDs, CSIs and PRs in 3D Revit models, Scan-to-BIM point cloud data management, 3D model comparison, Bulletin Reviews, client communication and coordinated with different trades and stakeholders involved. He has also worked on generation of 4D simulation videos for assessment of difference in estimated and actual cost in US based projects.Possessing a degree in law, Anand has the perspective to look into the techno-legal aspects of the projects to take judicious decisions for the betterment of project, within the ambit of design, coordination, construction as well as financial requirements established for the project.
