This is my life. I think wild dreams, require wild chase. So I think it is important to stay humble & grateful and yet wild & powerful.I believe that, be it writing a book, building a community, or entrepreneurship - it is a journey from finding it out to figuring it out. As a Brand Strategist, I work with leaders and organizations to build meaningful brands that inspire trust, spark growth, and leave a legacy.As a proud Quantum Leap member of Success Gyan, and a trainer, mentor, coach of Incredible Intrapreneurs, I help bridge the gap between the employees and the employers in any company by helping them to see each other through the lens of awareness, alignment, and accountability. As a Speaker, I share stories of resilience, courage, and transformation – reminding people that every fall carries the seed of a comeback.As an Author, my first book Reflections of a Layman offered raw, unfiltered insights on life, leadership, and self-discovery. My upcoming book The 65th Square brings leadership through the chessboard – decoding timeless strategies and lessons from the game for the real world.My journey has also been shaped by global exposure across APAC and Europe, including multiple visits to Singapore and Paris, which enriched my perspectives on culture, leadership, and collaboration.I carry with me the discipline and exposure of working with BNP Paribas, Cognizant, TCS, and Virtusa, but my true identity is beyond time and titles. It is in my ability to connect, respect, admire, inspire, and transform the people and businesses around me, and learn something worthwhile from everyone and everything to get better as a person everyday. I believe in my 6i Framework of life - Intent, Improve, Impact, Innovate, Influence, and Inspire which keeps me grounded yet powerful.I believe that setbacks are not endings, but beginning of something Incredible. My journey from rock bottom to rebuilding myself has shaped my mission – to help people and businesses to find their DADA moment in life. DADA as Dare Again, Dream Again. It is important to express your soul as it is fearlessly. As you express your soul, it will heal, as your soul heals, this planet will heal, I think that\'s how we can make this planet better - one day at a time, beautiful eventually, incredibly one fine day together with the grace of God.

To him, laymen are the real unsung legends of this planet. He is on a mission to empower people through his talent, passion and purpose. His convictions and ideologies are so deep and touching that the readers might wonder if he was candidly recording their life secretly. His biggest strengths are his attitude, perspectives, his ability to reflect things as they are and articulate it as beautifully and interestingly as possible. He connects with people of all walks of life and gets the best out of everyone with his ability to converse in a profound manner. He loves spending time with his family and friends. Communication, corporates, chess, cricket and leadership are his other areas of interest.
