ABOUT IAN AGNOLIN
While I was a student at the University of Waterloo studying the field of Mathematics I discovered there were careers that blended my analytics skills with my love for helping people. In 2009 I finished my Bachelors of Mathematics and Business Administration with honours. I\'d specialized in Economics but returned to college to complete the CHRP designation so I could ultimately pursue a career in HR. I\'ve spent over a dozen years in HR, including several as a manager, at two large automotive manufacturers. In 2022 I explored managing HRIS, which I believe is going to be a critical tool as the world becomes more reliant on automation and data. I am currently an HR Manager who works with our Business Partners across North America to power the most convivial workplace in the world!
