In Canada, the organization has grown to over 100 CFOs spanning 10 regions, and we\'re also in the US Northeast, operating out of Boston and New York, while continuing to expand. Our business supports SMEs that need high-level financial leadership but cannot justify a full-time CFO. We help them gain financial clarity, secure funding, scale sustainably, and prepare for exits.As CEO, I lead the Canadian and US Northeast businesses, overseeing strategy, culture, marketing, brand positioning, recruitment, and client service delivery, while staying closely connected to the CFOs and business owners we serve. I focus on creating opportunities for SMEs to thrive with clarity and confidence, and for CFOs to build purposeful, independent careers.Responsibilities- Lead and manage a national network of 135+ CFOs across 10 Canadian regions and the US Northeast- Drive business growth and market presence, positioning CFO Centre as the go-to provider of fractional CFO services- Lead the business culture and instill our values of being Open, Progressive, and Passionate- Recruit, mentor, and support senior CFO talent, creating fulfilling careers that help them make a positive difference to their clients and their personal lives- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, founders, boards, and other business partners who can contribute to the value of our clients.Achievements- Scaled the CFO Centre into the largest fractional CFO services business in Canada- Helped hundreds of SMEs to profitably grow, secure funding, improve cash flow, and prepare successful exits- Established a purpose-driven culture, aligning client success with CFO independence and personal fulfilment- Expanded services to include CFO’s CFO support in larger businesses and OCFOs (Office of the CFO) to provide team-based solutions and specialist expertise.
