Scaffolding Construction Superintendent on Habshan-5 green and brown field/Habshan complex/Ruwais and pipe lines. Adhering to the company Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence policy. I maintain a positive working relationship with the Client’s and any sub-contractors, I frequently conduct though tool box talks for all jobs for the day, making sure that all workers comply with the correct procedures. I also contributed to the day to day planning along with designing special scaffolds. I Promote and delegate job site safety, to encourage safe work practices that rectifies job site hazards immediately. I regularly participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and I always have daily jobsite walks though. I also contribute to construction schedule with a look-ahead schedule, I deliver the project plans and specifications, identifying and solve problems, planning and preparation.

I have been employed in the Scaffolding Industry for some thirty two. During this time I gained a vast amount of experience and qualifications and held several responsible management positions. I have managed, supervised,trained and estimated the following types of contracts:Construction and maintenance shut downs, Topside construction and installation. Redevelopment and restoration projects. Slot additions and deck installations, EPC and brown field projects. Riser repair and installation. Civil and high rise installations. Marine and ship repair projects, LNG projects, Power and generation, Scaffold training to BSI-EN 128-11 standards TG-20.21 SG4/15 safety harness trainingI am fully conversant with all paperwork from initial enquiry to tender stage, to final account. I can read drawings and have knowledge of risk assessment, method statements, handing over certificates, scaffold inspection procedures [ scaff-tags and ladder tags], SG 4.15 fall arrest systems for working at heights and current health and safety regulations etc. I am also computer literate in Windows, Word, Excel and power point. I have vast experience of tube and fittings and systems scaffolds. I am commercially aware and have sound estimating knowledge and technical ability, with excellent organizational and man-management skills. In my past positions I have been total responsible for the daily contract scaffolding operations/ projects. I am very motivated individual who can demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the scaffolding industry. I consider myself to be a very enthusiastic person, always giving my employer 100% commitment and effort at all times.
