A hard-working, passionate and creative transport planner working towards the Transport Planning Professional (TPP) qualification.Policy and strategy developmentI have been responsible for the production of a wide range of documents involving analysis and presentation of evidence for the justification of case change. This has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the availability and applicability of relevant datasets. On a number of occasions, these documents have been made available to the public, requiring technical data to be presented into a narrative which is clearly presented and accessible for a wide audience.Business Case Development and AppraisalI have developed a proficiency in the compilation of strategic cases for transport interventions including that for the Leeds Public Transport Investment Programme Strategic Outline Business Case and for numerous other West Yorkshire ‘Plus’ Transport Fund and Highways England RIS2 schemes.I excel in generating scheme options where my creativity has been noted by clients in prioritising and identifying public transport and active travel schemes.I also have expertise in the appraisal of walking and cycling schemes where I strive to achieve a high value for money and have had success in receiving local government funding for walking and cycling schemes I have appraised and developed the business case for.WebTAG Compliant ReportingI have gained expertise in producing documents that meet the robust standards of WebTAG. These have included Appraisal Specification Reports, Option Assessment Reports and Distributional Impact Reports.
