Lead the organization’s strategy, implementation and maintenance of geospatial technology solutions: • Spearheaded the full-lifecycle deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise as Project Manager, Lead Architect, and lead Technical Resource. Designed the robust architecture to include production, staging and development environments leveraging all components of a base deployment, ArcGIS Monitor, and Microsoft SQL Server. • Led the deployment of CentralSquare’s Enterprise Asset Management System, formerly Lucity EAM, into a new infrastructure environment for use by field crews and office staff• Served as the technical lead for the ArcGIS portion of the CUES GraniteNet Sewer Inspection software implementation. The GranitNet implementation and its integration with ArcGIS modernized the wastewater collection system’s inspections, provides spatial awareness to field crews, enables faster field operations, and for the first time produced data conducive for preventive maintenance.• Leading the in-house design, data development, and configuration of ArcGIS Utility Network for the Authority’s Southern Region Water Supply System, which comprises three (3) water treatment plant. Projected for completion in the first half of 2026, the Southern Region Utility Network will provide staff and contractors with the first data repository for the Southern Region Water Supply System. • Conceptualized and driving revisions in the Authority’s Capital Improvements Project delivery process to facilitate improved geospatial data reliability while fostering efficiencies.

I’m most energized when leading teams that implement technology to create new opportunities for others, as well as technology that helps others get their jobs done easier. My passion for leveraging technology took flight during my studies at the University of Waterloo, located in Ontario Canada. While at Waterloo, I learned the many ways Geographic Information System (GIS), a powerful location based technology, provided value to the fields of City Planning and environmental sustainability. I’ve since evolved into a technology professional that has implemented GIS solutions and other technology solutions in many more disciplines to foster efficiency, recoup lost revenues, improve collaboration, and uncover new opportunities in both the private and public sectors. I now create strategies for and direct activities in several areas of enterprise application development, deployment, and maintenance. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for Utilities, Business Automation Software, Relational Database Management, and Business Intelligence.I assisted in building a GIS practice in what was then a 90-person consulting firm that had no GIS activity prior to my arrival. I’ve also led software development teams and projects to build location-based software that integrates with business enterprise systems for Asset Management, Customer Billing, Dispatching, and Record Management. Work produced from teams I’ve led have been well received from users and industry leaders alike. Our work have been featured in leading industry magazines, journals and even in Esri\'s marketing brochures.
