I run Pyxis, which is Bain & Company\'s alternative data analytics division. I founded the company in early 2017 and sold it to Bain in 2019. • We are a 100+ person team of data scientists that work with 50+ alternative data sets and use them to answer the questions of Bain consulting teams and Bain clients. Pyxis has aggregated the broadest array of raw alternative datasets outside of the buy-side. The company also offers a suite of a SaaS products that help meet the ongoing needs of our clients. • I run all elements of the company including full P&L responsibility, HR, data sourcing, analytics, product development, sales, marketing, customer success, etc.• Pyxis conducts analytics across hundreds of verticals and thousands of merchants. We have worked on PE/VC due diligences and 500+ corporate strategies to date.
