ABOUT IAN WALTERS
I have an extensive 42-year heritage in designing and project managing complex \"one-of-a-kind\" spacecraft, especially interplanetary and scientific missions, including Rosetta that intercepted a comet in 2014, the Mid Infra-red Instrument on JWST, and Solar Orbiter, the first spacecraft to ever see the poles of the sun. As CTO, I also led the Engineering team that designed Galileo first generation, the EU\'s satellite navigation system. My current interests are to help save the planet\'s natural capital from further damage: helping businesses to become fully sustainable and to remove carbon from their balance sheet, and to help them to protect and recover nature and biodiversity.
