The Practice Lead role provides leadership for the Service Design team by way of operational and people management, giving support to the team and leading continual development and improvement of Service Design function. Leadership & support is provided by the Practice Lead on customer engagements to ensure effective delivery and an exemplary customer experience.Service Design are engaged to undertake requirements capture and due diligence against customer Managed Services opportunities, and to coordinate and deliver detailed Service Design deliverables. The function ensures a fully documented, reviewed and accepted delivery model that forms the foundation for success of the subsequent Service Transition & On-boarding activities.
