Preparing and delivering on the annual capital projects and lifecycle program to improve the value of the assists and business models and to grow value.Overall responsibility for Health and Safety, Facilities Management and presentation of the centres delivered via a mix of in house and subcontract teams. Responsibility for the tendering, managing and monitoring of service agreements and setting and management of the budgets and strategy for the regions.
