Recent Accomplishments: • Designed and implemented a Global Tech Risk Management & Compliance strategy that has to date has resulted in no critical audit findings & or breaches. Having set the vision, built the team, delivered the approach, my relentless focus was on embedding the change to an ecosystem of 10k internal & external Tech resources. • Transformed the Pharma GxP validation & assurance requirements to enable the Technology organisation to migrate from waterfall project to an agile product approach. Influencing the critical Business & Quality stakeholders enabled a cross functional approach & joint ownership to deliver a modern risk-based approach. • Established a Global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organisation, bringing together 12 different teams and 200 staff from 20 countries into one aligned & fluid function. Implemented efficiencies through automation of task supported by an Eastern European service centre.
